Pastor Cory was born in Washington and met his wife Arielle in 2015 at Bible College in Eugene, Oregon. They followed God’s lead and moved to Alaska in 2017. He was blessed to begin serving at Wasilla Community Church in 2025 as Lead Pastor. They have 4 kids 3 charming boys and a beautiful daughter. ranging from 2 years to 8 years old. Cory loves hunting, fishing, hiking and his newfound interest; playing the guitar. He is passionate about sharing hope in Christ, building community, discipleship and studying the Bible to see people thrive knowing they were made for more. Over the years both Cory and Arielle have served together in various roles within the church from volunteering  to staff positions. Cory received his Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies and Pastoral Ministry from Lancaster Bible College.
